What is included with the standard amenities?

    • 15 6ft Rectangle Tables and 100 White Folding Chairs.

What is included in the premium amenities?

    • 25 5ft Round Tables and 200 Gold Chairs.

Do you have any cocktail tables?

    • Yes, 8 are available at no additional charge.

Do you provide décor?

    • No, we are just the venue itself plus tables & chairs!

Do you offer any all-inclusive packages?

    • At this time, we do not. We offer the venue space itself along with seating. We do have a preferred vendor list for your convenience!

Do you allow outside vendors?

    • We have a preferred vendor list however outside vendors are allowed as long as they meet our requirements!

Are we able to use the kitchen?

    • The kitchen is available for use if you rent our Facility Space or Both Spaces!

I rented just the pavilion; can I use the indoor kitchen?

    • Unfortunately, no. The pavilion has a cooler and deep freeze for your use.

Is there a deposit?

    • Yes! To secure your date, a 25% deposit is required!

Are linens provided?

    • At this time, we do not provide any linens. For reference, our rectangle tables are 6ft and round tables are 5ft.

Is clean up included?

    • Our clean-up policy is “leave it how you found it”. Renters are responsible for taking all trash out to the dumpster at the end of the event.

What are your full day rental hours?

    • 8:30am to 11:30pm.

What is the latest time I can rent?

    • Our venue has a strict closing time of 11:30pm.

Am I required to have a wedding coordinator?

    • You are not required to have a coordinator however it is encouraged to help with the day of tasks!

Do I have to have security?

    • Yes! Security is required for ANY event with alcohol or with events with over 35+ guests.

Can I come in early to set up for my event?

    • No. The time you rent the venue is the time you are allowed in!

I have booked the venue for an upcoming event; can I bring in family/friends/vendors to look around?

If I rent just one space, will another event be going on at the same time?

    • No! Once you have secured your date, we will not book any other events on that day

How big is your event pavilion?

    • Our outdoor pavilion is 6,000 sq. ft.

What is the maximum capacity for your indoor space?

    • 100 guests seated or 180 guests without seating.
